What about shoes for those of us that roll to the outside of our foot? I'm in desperate need of new workout shoes.

If you roll to the outside of your foot, you generally are advised to use a cushioning shoe. In any event, it's always a good idea to have running shoes professionally fit at a running store.

There are some good articles about shoes and gait at coolrunning.com, which was featured here on fitsugar not too long ago itself!
