First off I do not like fat free milk. Its like white water
I don't normally drink
Gatorade but I was really sick this pass week and lets just say my entire body was cleaned out and between water and gatorade I never once became dehydrated
1Wow, that is something I never would've guessed. I'm not a fan of drinking milk though...I'll drink vitamin water instead of gatorade.
2hmm... who would hav-- oh that's right, not me. lol. i hardly drink gatorade, only if i'm sick and need my electrolytes up and the only time i have milk is with cereal or cookies ^^;
3blee, fat free milk......I agree it is water with white color
