We all know that eating foods high in salt isn't good for us, especially if you have high blood pressure. The RDI of salt is 2,300 mg a day, which is equal to about one teaspoon of salt. It's hard to know exactly how much sodium is in the foods we eat though, so take this quiz to find out.

That was tough! I think I guessed on all of them.
I did awful...one right and that was the boiled egg!
Ugh, I did terrible on that one! I had no idea that ketchup had THAT much sodium in it. I knew it had quite a bit, but I didn't think it was that bad! I also knew canned soups all had quite a bit, so I think the first question was kind of dumb; I mean, both soups have close to 1000 mg of sodium, so shouldn't you avoid both of them?
i bombed. i never check sodium content.
OMG, I didn't get any right!
that was tough - i had no idea that most of those foods had so much sodium.
i only got 2 right!
Oh baby! Not only do I completely FAIL tests @ school, I fail em here too! ha ha! I got ONE RIGHT! AWESOME JOB! LOL!!
