3Fit I generally do machines and aerobic kick boxing or step.. I never try Yoga cuz it looks whimpy. Does it really work?
4Yayita - I'm so glad you asked. It all depends on the class. If you want a yoga that'll kick your butt - try Ashtanga. Wimpy is is NOT.
It's really hard and works every single muscle in your body. Great for loosening up tight hamstrings and hips. I'd recommend giving it a try.
