Swirlfit web service lets you create your own heart rate zone training programs and intensity-match them to your favorite music. All you have to do is plug in and download your data to your computer. It is a little pricey, but it's a cool way to get motivated if you have the extra funds and/or if you like to track yourself via charts and data. 4I still prefer my ipod and my Polar watch and HRM. This thing looks bulky, even though it only weighs an ounce.
5that's a pretty cool gadget. i thikn htat for the cost of a real personal trainer (which is a LOT more than $169) it makes sense. if you can program information into it and set goals and have it be accountable in real time, then it's a great thing. i might have to check it out a bit more.
