8Personally exercisingis a nightmare for my skin, the sweat makes me really itchy sometimes. First thing I do after taking the gloves off is attack the skin on my neck, followed closely with a reprimand from the trainer.

I stopped breaking out almost immediately after I started working out regularly. Plus, it's helped me a lot with preventing saggy skin after losing a lot of weight.
