I recently received some samples of the Fiber One's new Creamy Nonfat Yogurt ($3.29 for six), and while I was skeptical at first, I must admit I really enjoyed it. My main concerns when it comes to yogurt are texture, sugar content, and taste (obviously).

For my full review and a nice coupon if you decide to buy this yogurt, just read more.
The texture was thick and creamy, not nearly as watery as many low-fat yogurts I've tried. Each container has only 80 calories and 11 grams of sugar — the sugar content may seem high, but for flavored yogurt it's actually low in comparison. I can't forget that one container of this yogurt also has a whooping five grams of fiber! If that doesn't seem like a lot to you then consider this: Most yogurts have zero grams of fiber. Just as happy as I was with the nutritional content, the same goes for the taste. A few folks over here at Sugar HQ tested it out and we all wanted more. The vanilla was sweet while the peach was fruity and both were delicious. Neither were too sweet or totally artificial tasting. There are other flavors like strawberry and key lime if you're not into peach or vanilla. Look for it at a grocery store near you.
As promised above, FiberOne is offering you guys a coupon for $1.25 off the total value of product — yay! Get your coupon here.
Fit's Tip: The yogurt is made with high-fructose corn syrup, so if you're trying to cut it out then you're out of luck.

Sounded good until you got to HFCS. I'll stick with my Fage/honey/flax seed combo.
1lisabunny, I see Fage/Honey/Flax Seed?
2what's that? got a recipe?
I've tried the vanilla/peach pack and LOVED them. I was wowed by the texture - I used to like Dannon Light & Fit, but now the texture is too thin. The Fiber ONE yogurt is creamy enough to taste indulgent.
3I wish more companies made plain yogurt!
4This seems like such a stretch - why yogurt? Unless they mix their Fiber One cereal into the yogurt (which tastes fabulous in fro-yo) - the brand extension is a dud!
5I'll pass! Especially if there's HFCS. Just bad.
Thanks for the heads up...
6No recipe, I just mix my non-fat Fage greek yogurt with honey and flax seeds. Yummy!
7I will be trying the Key Lime one for sure! My favorite yogurt flavor! These sound delicious.
8Ugh, I wish I could find more yogurts without high-fructose corn syrup.
9Buzz, you should see if your grocery has Stonyfield Farms Organic Yogurt! The Blackberry and French Vanilla ones are delicious.
I used to buy them all the time - they came in a pack of six and were cheaper than buying six individual Yoplait cups. But they recently reduced their six-pack to a four-pack and kept it the same price, which really ticked me off because I can't afford them as much anymore.
10I miss the yogurt from Europe.
11Ive noticed all of the Fiber One products I have tried have HFCS in them. Thats why they taste so good. Such a bummer
12Sucks about the HFCS but I might try some regardless. I love to mix ground flaxseeds into my dannon light n fit.
13I love FiberOne's cereal, so I will definitely check out their yogurt!
14It has HFCS and aspartame =[ I'll stick with my Dannon Plain Nonfat. I'd like to try that Fage Greek yogurt too.
15Pass. I don't eat anthing with HFCS or any artificial sweeteners (Aspartame is listed on the front of the package). Blech.
16for those looking for low-sugar yogurt without HFCS or artificial sweeteners, i LOVE Dannon's Light & Fit Carb Control yogurt in Vanilla & Creme. it is NOT the same as their other light & fit yogurt. this one is not too sweet, has a thick & creamy consistency, and very yum. i think it's 60 cals per container, 2g sugar.
i've only seen it in a 4-pack, not in big containers. i was really psyched to find it, because i normally can't eat yogurt, since the high sugar content messes with my blood sugar levels.
17ps -- no fiber in that stuff, though.
18My all-time favorite yogurt is Wallaby Nonfat. Organic, all natural, and amazingly delicious.
19I'll pass. I like Silk plain soy yogurt mixed w/ either almonds and wheat germ or kiwi and flax.
20Yoplait came out with their version of fiber-rich yogurt called Yoplait GO and it tastes SO MUCH better! I was excited when Fiber One came out with yogurt, but eh.
21I'm totally disgusted with the yogurt you can get around my hometown
I'm seriously thinking of
buying that maker and making my own. All of the varieties here are the kids ones (full of sugar)or yucky plain ones. I used to be able to buy the Stoneyfield farms, but they don't carry that
anymore
22I suppose this would be a good idea if you need to squeeze more fiber into your diet. I already get enough, so I will just stick with my plain nonfat yogurt with my fruit. I'm not a huge fan of HFCS either.
23Wait, I don't get it...isnt HFCS just another form of sugar? Why is everyone trying to avoid it? I try not to eat sugars, including HFCS in general, and to use them in moderation. But HFCS is made of fructose and glucose, and sugar, which is sucrose, breaks down into fructose and glucose when it is digested.
What am I missing?
Anyway, I like Silk Soy yogurt too, and it has dextrose...yet another sugar!

25You were wondering what was up with HFCS. First it is made by man. A thick sugary syrup made by treating genetically modified corn with a variety of enzymes which are usually genetically modified as well to extract the sugar glucose and convert some of it into fructose. It has a long shelf life and is more cost effective than sucrose.
Fructose doesn't stimulate insulin production and fails to increase leptin production (a hormone produce by the fat cells). Both of these act to turn off the appetite and control body weight. It also doesn't supress ghrelin, the hormone that works to increase hunger. So in short it will make you fat in more ways than one, and it will clog your arteries, contributes to heart disease, increases osteoporosis, increased risk for diabetes, robs the body of precious micro-nutrients, interacts with birth control pills by elevating insulin levels, accelerates aging, contributes to bone fragility and anemia and the list goes on and on. So when comparing HFCS to natural sugar there is a big difference. I prefer fruit juice sweetened, organic evaporated cane juice or just unbleached natural sugar. I don't like anything that's been ultured too much. Nature is the best.
I saw these in the grocery store and was also totally turned off by the HFCS and aspartame. No matter how you feel about these ingredients, I think most people will agree that it's not exactly a nutritious breakfast. My absolute favorite yogurt that I can get at most any grocery store is Yoplait YO-Plus vanilla flavored. Nice small portion (4 oz), moderately sweet with a nice tang and thick texture. It has 110 calories and 3 grams of fiber- plus, no HFCS or aspartame. The other flavors are also really good, with big chunks of fruit in them, but I'm a fan of simple vanilla yogurt.
