I was gonna take the quiz but reading each of the food choices made me nauseous, haha.

We usually go with Subway, I like to load up on veggies, kinda like a salad on oat bread, lol. But the SO loves Quiznos because they generally have more meat on the sandwich, which he gets double, so I know where the calories/fat are for our choices.

Before I was a vegetarian, I preferred quiznos, I think it's a little tastier and definitely meatier, but now I adore subway because it is so much more vegetarian friendly. And their breads are really delicious...I agree, you can load up the veggies on the subs at subway, and if you want something a little richer, you can get the italian herbs and cheese bread. At quiznos, even their salads are all about the meat!

I'm not a fan of Quizno's. I don't know what it is, but I'm pretty picky and usually just eat Turkey sandwiches. I just like Subway better.

Quizno's has received alot of notoriety during these past few years because they kept refusing to provide consumers the nutritional information of their sandwiches. From what I can recall, it was as late as November 2007 that they still had no nutritional information on their site, in their stores and would refuse (always had any excuse!) to share that information by request. People on the internet have been complaining about it for YEARS.

Anyways, their sandwiches are tasty, but on principle and because of their high caloric intake, I don't buy them. Plus, they charge you for any additional veggies you want to place on your sandwich! *Anything and everything is charged!* No thanks, Quizno's. Raspberries to you! Sticking out tongue

These questions weren't that good. I have never considered ordering ANY of the choices from EITHER place. It's easy to know that Subway, overall, has more healthy options the Quiznos.

Aren't both of these places more about you choosing what you want on your sandwich? So isn't it really more a matter of your own choice how many calories your sandwich has? I highly doubt there is that much variation between ham from Subway and ham from Quizno's.

I personally prefer Quizno's hands-down. It's more expensive, but it's way worth it to me. I have never, not even once, "eaten fresh" at Subway. Something is always soggy or disgusting about any sandwich I order there. Quizno's wins for taste and having a greater variety in their toppings.

pandatron, Quiznos is more of a they will let you sub or add stuff, but the main thing with them is they add all these dressings and sauces. Subway has more options in terms of build it yourself and add veggies. Quiznos doesn't allow to add a ton of veggies.

Yeah...that's why it's so hard for a vegetarian at quiznos. They took away their "veggie sub" option, and have this tomato/mozarella/basil option that sounds good, but was inedible. I mean, they have all the veggies there, why can't I just pile it up and make a sub out of it! It's ridiculous, which is why I love subway. I ask for pretty much double veggies and they never care.

I've eaten at Quiznos once and will never again. Subway's veggie subs are the best and they are always fresh. I love that my hubby and I can both eat there... since I'm a veg and he is not.

LOL, 1/3...I never order any of those things from either place. I usually eat Subway when I do eat any fast food, only because I know how many calories are in their sandwiches and I can customize them. Plus, they let you turn any 6" sub into a salad, which saves a lot of calories. I usually get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki as a salad with no cheese and lots of veggies and oil and vinegar for dressing. It's REALLY good. I don't eat at Quizno's much because we don't have them in our city...I'd have to drive an hour to get to one and I don't really feel like doing that.

Quiznos is tastier, Subway is healthier. I have a Quiznos down the street from work, and a couple friends and I live off of the salads there - with just the chicken and tomato, dressing on the side, to stay away from the calories they'd normally have. I like them!

I like them both now. And I think it just depends on what you want for the day. Some people just make your favorite sub better than others.

I love Subways, and it really is the easiest place to go and make sure you get EXACTLY what you want on it, so you can make painless substitutions.

I like them both, but rarely go to Subway anymore. Quiznos always has the best flavor and higher-quality ingredients. I get their veggie sub and it's delicious! I think they changed the name of it to the Italian Capri or something like that (I always send my boyfriend in).

I like both: Quizno's for the flatbread salads and now the SAMMIES! (SO GOOD), Subway for veggie, turkey, and sweet onion chicken teriyaki.

The only thing that REALLY bothers me about either is when Quizno's uses too much dressing. It's not because of calories but because I'm a messy eater. Stop with the excess!

Just so you know, this quiz is completely and utterly incorrect. You may want to recheck your calorie counts and repost this quiz.

Subway gets a great reputation as being a "healthy" place to eat. Unfortunately, many of the subs on their menu are not healthy at all, SPECIFICALLY the BMT, tuna, and meatball subs. I happen to work at subway and am very involved in nutrition at college.

A Western with cheese has 450 calories and 19 grams of fat for a 229 g portion size.
A 6" double meat BMT has 630 calories and 35 grams of fat for a 310 g portion size.
A 10" bowl of cream of broccoli has 160 calories and 7 grams of fat (310 g serving). The broccoli cheese only has 200 calories and 10 grams of fat (310 g serving), so it still beats Quiznos broccoli cheddar soup.

Just some insight into what Subway really is like. Look at your nutritional information for Subway again before you post another quiz like this please.
