push-ups and crunches are fun!

3Interval training. Just because I'm nuts like that.

12Dancing. The best core conditioning I ever done, including swimming. As a woman, I appreciate a toned core because those muscles act as natural corset, tightening the waist, sculpting the mid section and hips. Fabulous.

18I love squats! LOL, is that weird?? I think it's because my legs are my strongest, so when I do squats, I'm just like RAWR!!! Hehe
19I love push ups!! They work your entire upper body and they give you such great arms and shoulders. I'd have to say that crunches are my second favorite though; especially when I do them on my ball. I love toning up my midsection, lol!
20interval training is amazing, and lunges are the only thing that will tone my legs!
21since i dont have a car and i stay on campus i have no choice but to walk to my destination. and there is a subway restaurant just off campus and i LOVE walking there. and if i need to do some shopping i take the bus and walk around the mall or the shopping center. its so easy to just walk.

23i love squats. i feel empowered and they make my warrior poses much fiercer.
24Interval training was a close second, but I love squats. I love feeling the muscles in my legs work when I do them.
25I am in love with lunges, push-ups and bent-over rows. They work wonders for me!
