Sometimes all it takes are a few good words to get you moving . . .
"If you want to lose weight, forget about apple cider vinegar. Weight loss requires effort and commitment. The only formula you can depend on is eating less and exercising more."

Great quote, so true.
1well said, you need a ton of dedication to lose weight.
2Yep!
3Move more & eat less crap!

4You can do anything you set your mind/body to!
Another fav quote of mine is if it was easy everyone would be fit and lean! Bottom line; it's not. At least for most people it takes a lot of hard work, determination, and single-mindedness.

That usually
gets me motivated, for some reason.
6I remember back in high school when I was pretty chunky. I actually had heard some stuff about apple cider vinegar and I thought it would seriously help me lose weight. I drank a shot of it once a day for about a week and it made me lose exactly 0 lbs, so I quit doing it and figured that if I wanted to lose weight, it was gonna take a helluva lot more than some shots of vinegar. And it did: it took 9-10 months of working out and eating a much healthier diet!
7Eat less, move more. So damn true.
8wait you mean you cant eat anything you want, lay on your couch and not lose weight?
ive been going about this all wrong
for serious though...great quote
9Actually this is what my comment was supposed to say:
wait you mean you cant eat anything you want, lay on your couch and lose weight?
ive been going about this all wrong
for serious though...great quote
10true that...unfortunately.
11Straight to the point. I like it.
12love it. i've also been using the semi-quote re: if it was easy, why do we have such a problem with obesity in the country?
but, man, i've been doing it: working hard most days of the week, eating much better (even though i had pretty good groundwork to begin with), and i've lost 8 lbs. since the beginning of january. down from 123 to 115 & just now getting into the toning phase of my goals.
13I agree with this quote and while I practice this I will be happy and successful, even if I don't lose weight, but rather if I build my stamina and self esteem.
14So true. Unfortunately, it's good to have a reminder of that every so often.
