You Asked: How Can I Do the Wheel Pose?

"Hi Fit!! I'm taking a yoga class at the university gym. Once every class, the teacher will ask us to do the wheel and everybody either can or can't do it. I can't but would love to learn how. How can I build up to be able to do the wheel? Thanks!!"

When I was younger I use to be really good at doing these. I was the only one in my P.E. class who could.
A nice move to do after is to roll like a ball on your back to massage it bit afterwards specially if its the first time you are doing it
