I LOVE those ginger candies, but the crystallized ginger is way too spicy for me...
3it's really, really important to mention that ginger should NOT be used by pregnant women to combat morning sickness. it can cause spontaneous abortions or mutations of the fetus. some studies have shown it to be safe for short-term use (less than 5 days) during pregnancy, but i'd rather be safe than sorry.
