Ali Larter has always been one of those celebrities that I find to be inspiring, fitness wise. She always seems to have a realistic view of working out and her own body image. Her interview in the latest issue of Shape magazine provided a little more insight on what she does to stay so darn fit.
Here are highlights:
"Working out has always been part of my life," says Ali, who grew up playing sports like softball and soccer. "Now that I'm in my 30s, it's become even more important to take care of myself." A dedicated runner, Ali takes advantage of the near-perfect Los Angeles weather with 25-minute jogs three or four times a week through the Hollywood Hills. "This is nonnegotiable," she says of her two- to three-mile run. "I don't think about it, I just do it. I never, ever miss my workout. Never!"
Amen sister!

That's the way to go!
She is SO beautiful! Her face, her body, her personality... I also love how level-headed and real she comes across as. Not so fixated on partying and being in pics as a lot of her peers.
She looks great!
I'll be more inspire when she can keep up her figure and workouts after she's had a baby TBH
what if she doesn't want to have a child? why is that always a given?
I adore her.
shes in her 30s?????????
I've been working on making exercise a non-negotiable part of my week. When it's fun it's not an issue.
I feel like she looks very different that she used to....much less curvy. Back in Legally Blonde, etc. I think she looked better with a little more meat on her bones.
She's definitely one of my fave actresses out there. And her fashion style is top knotch!
She is definitely less curvy then before but I agree- but my mom never missed her workouts when we were younger. I know plenty of working mothers who still take care of themselves. I hate when people blame being out of shape on kids.
Her body is gorgeous!
I really like Ali Larter and have to say it was her interviews that changed my mind. She comes across very bubbly without seeming stupid. I would love to have her legs and butt.
I'm with syako. I bet she doesn't want a baby. Not everyone does. I don't.
I think she exudes energy and seeing that picture is very uplifting. At least she is honest about it being a big part of her life, unlike a lot of starlets nowadays(Jessica Alba?) who pretend they don't work out much and eat junk all the time.
She looks great! And yeah, it's definitely possible she doesn't want kids. I don't want kids yet; lots of people don't. She has great abs!
I think she has a beautiful body & skin. I was equally as suprised as most of you to know that she is in her 30's(!!!!!!?????) This just comes to show how much does taking care ones health matter as in couple of years it might(or might not i hope) show on my skin!
i absolutely adore her! she inspires me to work out
wow she looks so great.
I love love love Ali Larter! I have never missed a workout since reading thing article!! She reminds me that being in your 30's in cool!
She's gorgeous! Especially at 30!
