I swear I'm not a normal woman...I crave yogurt, lots and lots of it. Especially banana yogurt, I love having smoothies and lots of fruit. I guess that that is actually a good thing!

The main thing I crave is sugar, no not fitsugar...i crave that all the time. I crave candy, soda, chocolate, anything with lots and lots and lots of sugar!

5I voted for fried chicken--but that's cuz you didn't have a fried chicken/mac and cheese combo. The true PMS breakfast of champions. That's right--I said breakfast=

7Anything that's eatable, really. I try to go for bananas tho, they're the only thing that can calm down my stomach/hormons.

9Bring on the dark chocolate and the munch-ems (I think I spelled it right -- doritos, cheetos, pretzels and sun chips --ay dios mio, maria and jose, I am sweatin' thinking about it)... I also crave steak but apart from the chocolate and munch-ems.

13Anything that is sweet followed by anything that is salty...it's really a continuous face-stuffing cycle for those few days.

15I like candy, like Dots, Hot Tamales, and Tootsie Rolls. Chocolate bars like Snickers and Twix. Basically Halloween candy .

22Its either chocolate or something salty. I also get really really thirsty. Sometimes I have really specfic cravings for things like Chili Cheese Fritos
23It's usually chocolate. My cravings vary a lot but, I def. always crave something. Sometimes it's red meat...I think maybe, I need iron at those times.
24Running Bunny, don't feel weird. I literally crave yogurt A LOT, and not just during PMS.
25The mini powdered doughnuts at Target do the trick every month. LOVE them.

27liquorice. I'm Dutch so it makes sense, but it feels like a totally irrational thing. The rest of the month I don't care for it, then wham! I need some. Bizarre.

29that time of the month i crave spicy food the more spicy the better, but also chocolate lots of chocolate!!

31i pretty much just eat everything in sight... i need a sweet/salty balance. I'm weird haha
32I love chocolate, anything with cheese, and ice cream. OOH and pb&j sandwiches.. since it's my time of the month, I have been craving those like every 5 minutes.. I just ate about 2 of them about 30 minutes ago and I'm craving another one.
33Those two-bite brownies from Whole Foods.
34I often feel I just need more food in general right before a period, although, other cravings are carbs (like bread. give me more bread!) Ice cream, and peanut butter and jam (or honey) on toast. THAT's the one that I'm hooked on now. Anything with peanut butter. (I tend to go through food phases, and my PMS cravings change depending on what phase I'm in)
35I also tend to get annoyed with myself around this time of month as I feel I eat too much.

36i crave olives (green ones out of a jar) like its nobodys business! mmmmmmmmmmm!
