I love to wear bright red and pinks when I work out, not just because tomorrow is Valentine's Day, but because these colors convey a sense of happiness and confidence, as well as femininity. Maybe it's just in my mind, but I always feel like I have more energy if I'm wearing a hot-pink top as opposed to a dull and boring black one.

1funny, i had just decided last week never to buy a red top for gym again after i noticed that after a run i was so red in the face that i matched my top!!
2I'm sure lululemon is a fantastic line, but their products are unbelievably expensive. =/
prAna is good too, but again, stupidly expensive.
