My co-worker recently got a personal trainer, and we were talking diet plans with our manager. Guess what I heard:1 bag of plain popcorn, the WHOLE BAG is only 60 calories.
2I'm big on the egg whites and have them every morning for breakfast on a whole wheat tortilla with zero trans fats. Yummy! And if I ever get crazy hungry even when I've eaten all I should for the day, I'll have egg whites because they're almost like a free food.
3awwww eggs make me sick
I always think egg-white (can you say that??) omelettes look yummy,
but there is no way I could eat one and be happy 10 minutes later!

i agree with list. watch citrus fruits though. they can be really high in sugar though it's natural and full of nutrients. don't cut it out, but realize that it's not a "free food," though if you're cutting calories, fruits and veggies are the LAST place you should be cutting followed by healthy proteins (egg whites, chicken breast, most fishes, shrimp but watch the cholesterol, and turkey).
tea is also an amazing way to get all sorts of antioxidants. if you're trying to quit coffee, try green tea. if you hate the grassy taste though, yerba mate is YUM and about 5 cals/tea bag. For those with tummy issues (gas, indigestion, mild acid reflux), peppermint tea and ginger tea can relieve these issues. For those who are backed up, senna tea is a great option but use with caution. It's the active ingredient in ex-lax and the first time i used it, i drank about 4 cups. BIG mistake.
5Ok so green tea is good for you and even helps when trying to lose weight but ... I once heard that if you are on the pill that it affects the effectiveness of the pill. Anyone have any advice on this???

I do like how "water" is a low calorie food. ummm DUH??!!!??
7We can count calories, watch the amount of food intake, walk,etc: Do all these things, but if you have not programed your mind to tell your body it is time for it to be slimmer, nothing will work. You can loose weight but as soon as you go back to your everyday life style, it will all come back and more. Always start with the diet program you are to put your body through with working all the reasons inside your head and coming to an understanding with yourself of your goal. Then it will work.
