Great quote!
1that quote is awesome so true. i can think of this quote everytime i'm jealous of people around me that eat junk without any thought or care in the world. we all know we feel better.
2That's a great one. That's like what I tell myself when I overeat so I feel totally stuffed. "That food did not taste good enough to justify feeling this gross."
3So true...
4true!!!
5I've actually seen that quote on the profiles and websites of pro-ana girls, only it says, "nothing tastes as good as THIN feels." this is a much better re-write though!
6I totally agree!
7Amen.
8Oh why oh why cannot I convince my gastric bypass support group to adopt this as a motto instead of "Nothing feels as good as skinny looks." or "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."
We are the women and men who went from being SMO (super morbidly obese) to underweight. Me I've stopped for now at a solidly healthy BMI but if feel that my body wants to drop more weight and deep in my brain it's saying try 125 instead of 135 - go skinner then you have more wiggle room. It makes me digusted. 5'8 and 135 is great. That's 24 pounds from now and I lose 2+ pounds a week.
I feel like we're being pushing and encouraged to go from obesity to anorexia as the ideal. Thin at all costs. Always have to point out - I want HEALTHY and if thin is a component in that well then ok but HEALTHY comes first.
9mm...i'd say dark chocolate comes pretty close
10Yeah this definitely reminds me of the days when my eating issues were out of control, and my motto was "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels", like wackdoodle said.
However, even though you're only changing one word, it has gone from damaging to inspiring for me; thanks for posting the quote =)

11I completely agree. See, my friends always give me a hard time when I don't eat the bread or dessert at dinner, and I'm like, HEY, it's much better NOT eating that than being fat and unhealthy!
12I eat bread and dessert and I'm still healthy. And thin. Well-balanced, which is important.
13I like this quote better than "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" because being too thin is not any healthier than being too fat. I am actually trying to gain a few more pounds so I will be in a healthy BMI range. But yeah, I do remember being overweight and I once ate an entire tube of raw cookie dough...I felt so sick afterwards and I DEFINITELY didn't feel healthy!
14Whoever said that hasn't tasted my apple crisp! Hehehehehe
