Since Valentine's Day is approaching, why not try and get moving with someone special? My husband and I have had some fabulous talks on Saturday morning runs, and we've never laughed so hard as when we took a bikram yoga class together. Spice things up by getting physical with the love of your life in the bedroom and out. Oh we are very phscial already hahaha!!!
1Oh boy....bikram yoga did NOT work out for us! I couldn't take the heat after 10 minutes so sat outside guzzling liters of water while he finished the class since he is impervious to temperature change.
2My husband's idea of getting physical together is more like naked coed yoga, lol.
