When doing strength-training exercises, we talk a lot about reps and sets. You often hear the simple instruction — do two sets of 20 reps. Instead of focusing on counting and numbers, focus on your breath. Counting often makes us speed up our actions, so practice letting your breath guide the speed of your movement. Move on each inhale and move on and exhale, and remember not to hold your breath. This will allow you have more control instead of letting momentum carry your body, which will enable you to work your muscles more effectively.

Nice tip!
1Yeah, except that I'm prone to forget how many sets/reps I've done even when I'm counting! Darn this brain of mine...
2Good idea.
3Nice tip!
4Great tip. I think this is something people often forget. Also, the movement is easier when you follow your breath.
5I've been doing that and I seemed to be able to do more reps
