Discover the power of eating heart-healthy red foods during the first-ever National Eat Red Week, Feb. 4-10, 2008 in support of Heart Health Month.
Why? 4i try to eat local, in season foods, and cherries are definitely NOT in season right now.
maybe blood oranges...
5I eat tomatoes every day and I eat strawberries and raspberries almost every day. I wish I could eat cherries every day, but they are not in season and are really expensive most of the time.
