I signed up for TRX Boot Camp. My hope that it wouldn't be wuss boot camp but that it would be full on military-style military level boot camp. And it is and I love it. I've seen other boot camp classes where its like playschool where the instructors are nicey-nicey and they don't push you to your limit. Well mine pushes me to my limit for 45 solid minutes of body punishing exercise. After at minute 47 minute after boot camp is done all 12 of us are smiling from ear to ear. Eager to come back for the class the next morning.
