really, why on earth do you need a slideshow for this? A list more than suffices. slideshows are just incredibly annoying and needless, especially for such boring boxes.
2I have GoLean for breakfast everyday. When you look at labels, there are so many "healthy" cereals that have like 2g of fiber. What's the point? I'll stick with my GoLean
3Ah, good old GoLean. That's a staple on my cereal shelf.
Yogaforlife - 10g really is a lot of fiber all at once. My bf has that same reaction whenever I give him whole wheat pasta. I don't know what your regular diet is, but I imagine if you (slowly!) increase your daily fiber intake, you'll eventually be able to eat GoLean without any major issues.
4I could try eating smaller portions of it. I don't eat pasta or bread. Usually I just eat whole grain rice and cereals for my main source of carbs outside of veggies/fruits. I'll try small bowls or maybe mixing it in with my Cheerios or Special K, which are my breakfast staples.
5My favorite cereal is the Kashi Island Vanilla shredded wheat. It has 6 grams of fiber and tastes soooo good.
6ugh am I the only person on the planet who thinks Kashi tastes disgusting?
7Isn't the sugar levels fairly high? Generally, I stay away from high levels of sugar. I don't like to spike up my blood sugar.
8I eat the Fiber One Honey Clusters every morning for breakfast! And it's delicious, not fussy or gross or anything! And no mamasitamail, I like Kashi tastes like a$$!
9Yea, I have to wonder about the sugar content of cereal also. That's a reason I don't eat most boxed cereal anymore, they all contain way too much sugar. The only cereal I eat anymore is shredded wheat. If you're eating a proper diet, you don't need to eat the pseudofood that is boxed cereal to get enough fiber.

Yogaforlife - Kashi routinely uses a LOT of sesame in their food as well, so if you have an allergy to sesame, it can be difficult to digest. My sister is allergic to it, and can eat NO kashi
products.
Does anyone know if any of these are REALLY filling. I work out in the morning, and I usually have cottage cheese with berries and almonds for breakfast, cause it's really filling, not sure
if any of the mentioned cereals are. I have always found that cereal doesn't stay with you long.
How much is "too much sugar"? Kashi GoLean only has 6g. I think I heard somewhere that you should get 40g a day, so I don't think that's bad.
mamasitmali - I think it tastes like ass too.
I definitely wouldn't eat it everyday,
but I usually eat breakfast in general because I need it for fuel/energy, not because I want to.
ella1978 - I've really only had the Kashi of all of these and I think that is pretty filling. Anything with THAT much fiber definitely fills me up.

I sound like a Kashi rep, hah, but my favorite cereal lately is the Total Cinnamon Crunch cereal. I usually hate the Total cereals, but this one tastes pretty good and you still get a buttload of vitamins. Only 4g (16% DV) of fiber, but my breakfast is usually a 2 part affair anyway (i.e. pre-workout and post-workout).
12I wish fitsugar will one day post a list of the healthiest gluten free cereals! ALL of the healthy high fiber cereals I've seen have gluten. (And some have dairy as well which I also cant have) I currently eat nature's path organic kid cereals, rice crisps and mesa sunrise cereal. The mesa sunrise cereal has 3 grams fiber and 3 grams protein for 3/4 cup serving and sadly, that's the highest fiber/protein I've seen in a gluten free cereal. Sigh!

+1 for the slideshow being silly.
My attention span has not been impacted that greatly.
i'm all about kashi and fiber 1 products! they are life savers and if you haven't checked out Hungry Girl recipes yet - DO IT NOW! you can use that boring fiber 1 cereal to cook practically anything!
15My son and I love the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It is like granola and we put it on top of yogurt. You have to keep the pkg. sealed or it will get soft and stick together and lose some crunchiness.

I bought the Kashi GoLean once and it made me so sick. About 20 minutes after I would eat it, I would get horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea that would last for about a half hour. I wish I could eat it since I know it's so healthy, but it just does not agree with me.
